Zhen founded Resonant Partners, inspired by his own challenging experience of taking a company public in Hong Kong. He decided to reshape the Hong Kong IPO process from the perspective of corporate clients, creating a proper Hong Kong IPO financing and development ecosystem for outstanding high-growth enterprises.

In 2023, Resonant Partners led the Hong Kong IPO of Powerwin (HK.02405), achieving the top performance in the Hong Kong IPO new stock market for the year. The stock price saw a cumulative increase of 658% within the year; and within six months of listing, it was included in the MSCI Hong Kong subdivision index. It was also voted by the media as the 'Most Popular New Stock Company with Investors for the Year 2023.'

Some of the Hong Kong IPO projects Mr. Wang Zhen participated in and led include: Risun Group (HK.1907, Fortune China 500 company, included in the Hang Seng Index), Powerwin (HK.02405, included in the MSCI subdivision index), Starplus Legend (HK.6683, Jay Chou concept stock) and 4Paradigm (HK.6682, Top AI companies in China,included in the Hang Seng Index). Mr. Wang Zhen graduated from Washington University in St. Louis, with a bachelor’s degree in biomedical engineering.
